1. General
We make every effort to present our products, editions, materials, colours, and finishes as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photographic presentation, handcrafted framing, paper characteristics, or production methods.
2. Product availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products, editions, framing options, or prices at any time without prior notice.
Limited edition works are available only while the relevant edition remains available.
3. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Acceptance of an order remains subject to availability, successful payment, and our ability to fulfil the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud, pricing error, stock discrepancy, technical error, or other exceptional issue is identified.
4. Prices and payment
All prices shown on the Site are listed in the currency displayed on the website unless otherwise stated.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or import fees may be added at checkout or may become payable upon import depending on the destination country and local regulations.
Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch.
5. Made-to-order and framed products
All photographic prints and framed works are produced to order.
For this reason, order changes, cancellations, returns, and exchanges may be limited once production has started.
6. Shipping and delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, production constraints, customs processing, courier disruption, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Damage, defects, and order issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@jeannelemenn.com with your order number and supporting photographs.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another reasonable solution.
8. Returns and refunds

9. Intellectual property
All images, photographs, text, branding, product descriptions, and content on this Site are the property of Jeanne Le Menn or are used with permission.
No content from this Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The purchase of a print or product does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights.
10. Use of the site
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or related systems.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Subject to that, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased through the Site, except where a greater limitation is not permitted by law.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by delay outside our reasonable control, or loss arising from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions after delivery.
12. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable to the business location of Jeanne Le Menn, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
