Refund policy

At Jeanne Le Menn, each piece is produced especially for your order and prepared with great care.

Because all of our photographic prints and framed works are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong size.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@jeannelemenn.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue promptly, please include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photographs of the item
  • clear photographs of the outer packaging and any visible damage

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement as the first solution.

Limited editions and replacements

Our limited edition works are produced within a defined edition and may be signed and/or numbered.

If a damaged or defective work can be replaced with the same piece, we will do so. If that specific work is no longer available, we may offer, where appropriate, a comparable alternative from the same series. If no suitable replacement is available, a refund may be issued.

Non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable except in the case of approved damage, defect, or fulfilment error:

  • made-to-order photographic prints
  • framed works
  • limited edition works
  • custom or personalised items
  • fragile items prepared specifically for an order

Order changes and cancellations

Because production begins quickly, orders may only be changed or cancelled before production has started.

Once production, framing, or fulfilment has begun, we may not be able to amend or cancel the order.

If you need help urgently, please contact contact@jeannelemenn.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Shipping charges, duties, and taxes

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and similar fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an approved fault, damage, or fulfilment error attributable to us.

Unauthorised returns

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
