Refund Policy

Each artwork is produced to order with care.

Because of the made-to-order nature of the products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there is a production issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the artwork.

Once the issue has been reviewed, an appropriate solution will be offered where applicable.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

As artworks are made to order, we do not generally accept returns for change of mind, incorrect choice or personal preference.
